![]() Wife has severe allergies to sulfites used as a preservative in fruit juices so Sean, our waiter, specifically asked the bar to make her a mojito with fresh lime juice only. Nice banquette table facing the main dining room. Place was nearly full but we were seated after a brief wait. Had a reservation for 6:00 on a Saturday evening to celebrate our anniversary. We didn’t receive a total over the phone until requested & then didn’t receive a copy of the paid bill with the order We had looked forward all week to a great experience Friday night, & were both very disappointed for our “splurge” to help Five Crowns turned out. We were never offered healthy sides (e.g., veggies), only creamed corn, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & creamed spinach (when we pushed to get healthy, low-carb veggies, the broccolini substitute came swimming in oil, so we threw it away also) 4. I ordered my bride’s salmon rare, & it was so overcooked & dry (she insisted it had been deep-fried, which I assured her it was not, just way over roasted), with no sauce, that she threw it away & ate half my prime rib which I’d planned ahead to be my lunch the next day 3. ![]() We couldn’t order the filet that we wanted “because the menu changed”, but the same menu was still online hours later (it was up Sat afternoon) 2. Feedback on curbside meals Friday night: 1. Here's what we shared with them in good faith. There has not been the courtesy of a reply from either in over 3 weeks. We had a very disappointing experience on March 27 that we respectfully shared privately with the GM & with corporate. They had a pretty good system in the valet lot for drive through pickup with hot boxes for food orders brought out before customer arrivals. We wanted to support them & their staff by regularly ordering takeout during COVID crisis.
